My deep interest in Crossfit has helped open me up to a large scope of methods of training, and led me to focus on the importance of mobility and quality of movement throughout our day to day lives and especially when training.
Too often we are not moving correctly or functionally throughout our day or when we train due to a range of reasons whether it be; poor posture, poor exercise routines, lack of knowledge.
My goal is to educate and facilitate you to train and learn how to counteract these pragmatic habits and to be as healthy as possible as you progress your training. I firmly believe anyone can achieve their fitness goals so they long as they put in the effort and I’m here to help on the journey.
