Our Functional Training Facility is equipped with Ski Ergs, Assault Bikes, SkillMills, Rowers, Barbells, Kettlebells and various weight training equipment.
Spin room
Our Spin Room is fitted with over 30 Keiser Bikes, whether you join in one of our popular classes or ride solo, you’ll be sure to get a great workout in!
Boxing room
Get a full body workout, with Punching Bags, Ski Ergs, Rowers and Assault Bikes.
Group Exercise Studio
Spacious room with full wall of mirrors. This room is utilised for classes and is great for stretching and core workouts.
Bathrooms
State of the art bathrooms, showers and changing rooms. Fitted with salon grade hair dryers and in the ladies, makeup benches complete with GHD hair straighteners.
LOCKERS
Lockers available throughout the gym and change rooms. BYO Padlocks or purchase one at reception.
Private posing room
Practise your posing for competitions or come down for privacy to take progress photos.
